order, call the main office at (208) 939-7222 or FAX the order to (208)
939-7804. Order placement or status inquiries are not available through e-mail. E-mail
is for answering technical questions only and is answered by the technical staff who do not have access to the order
records.
IMPORTANT: Copy and paste into e-mail
program. Remove the spaces either side of the "@" symbol.
NOTE: e-mail is
not the most reliable form of communication. If you do not receive a response
within 4 days, we suggest that you telephone the Boise office at (208) 939-7222
where our sales or technical staff can answer your questions. Office hours are
weekdays (M-F) 9-5 mountain time zone.

MILITARY ORDERS
|
All
suppressor or mount orders for overseas military units or individual
military personnel must be delivered to a depot address stateside. We
cannot ship items on the Munitions Control List (including flash hider
mounts) to an APO address. Doing so is considered exportation and an ITAR
violation.
We can deliver to your home unit in an expedited
time frame for transshipment to your present location. Lanyards and
T-shirts are not subject to this restriction. |
